Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Shipping

It is the customer’s responsibility to be at the shipping address for pickup. All problems associated with shipping are the carrier’s responsibility, not GetABack’s. A complete and correct address is the responsibility of the customer (apt.suite etc.) and is necessary for your item to be shipped efficiently. A shipment tracking number is sent to customers in an order shipped email.
